Senior Lecturer in Corporate Governance

Gary Lynch-Wood is a Senior Lecturer in Law. He is the LLB Programme Director, the Course Director for Legal Methods and Systems (a compulsory unit taught to all first-year undergraduates), and a core member of the China-EU School of Law (CESL). His specialist area relates to the corporate and commercial aspects of law, corporate social responsibility and governance.

There is a proud tradition of scholarship on regulation in the School of Law going back to the 1980s. Established in 2011, ManReg continues that tradition but seeks to take it in new directions.
